Darren has been representing high net worth families for more than two decades negotiating and closing deals for the purchase and sale of luxury assets and multimillion dollar real estate. During more than 30 years as a practicing attorney he developed an understanding of what is important to discerning clientele and a passion for assisting them in achieving their visions.

Darren was raised in a middle-class family on Long Island, New York, and attended public school. He obtained a BA degree in economics and education from Colgate University, and earned his JD at Cornell Law School with a concentration in business law and regulation. He received specialized training from both boutique and international law firms in New York City’s fast paced and dynamic market, after which he served the legal needs of exacting high net worth clients on a global scale. He now brings to his clients in South Florida the very same intensity, focus and drive that helped achieve success in those demanding environments.

Darren is a devoted husband and doting father of twin daughters. He and his wife of 30 years raised their children in New Jersey, but have had homes in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area for half that time, and have lived here full-time since 2018. As members of two country clubs, and active volunteers for a variety of philanthropic organizations, they have established enduring friendships and deep ties throughout Boca Raton and Delray Beach. As a result, Darren is well acquainted with the unique attributes and amenities offered by each of the residential communities in Boca Raton/Delray Beach area, helping his clients choose exactly the right one that best suits them and families.

"I have purchased several homes in my time. Procedure was always simple and the same each time. Locate a realtor, see a few places and close. No problems. Recently, I needed to purchase a condo in a very exclusive country club. What a “big deal” it turned out to be. I had to go through several stages of documents, requesting not only a background and credit checks, which I felt were normal, but then came several documents, requesting incredibly personal information, Some of which was not clear, which form the answer should be in.
